Seasons Greetings!

Players of Utica invites your school to their annual student performance of the holiday musical, “SCROOGE”.  This performance will be held at the Stanley Center for the Arts on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at 10:00 am.

This is an excellent opportunity to see a classic literary piece brought to life by an anticipated 200 local performers on the magnificent, renovated Stanley Center for the Arts stage!  Scrooge offers wonderful costumes & sets, beautiful music, and special effects to delight all grade levels.

The performance lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and there is no intermission.  It holds the attention of even the earliest grades.  Stanley Ushers will escort you to and from your buses.

*CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER*  
Should the Mohawk Valley have a weather event that causes travel difficulties to or from the performance on December 8th, the production will move to Friday, December 9th at 10:00 am at the Stanley Center for the Arts. Players of Utica will announce any cancellations by 6:00 am on the day of the production.

Once you have the exact number of students and chaperons that will be attending as well as the number of buses your group will be traveling in, please print and return the form. If you have questions, please call our office at 315-724-7624.  For reservations, provide the number attending and number of buses.  Reservations are on a first come, first served basis so please call yours in as soon as possible.

Thanks to sponsorships from local businesses, the cost is only $5.00 per student or chaperon.  After your reservations have been verbally confirmed, please send a single check – made payable to: Players of Utica along with the order form, to the address noted on the order form. We should receive your reservation form with payment NO LATER THAN November 30th.  If tickets for your school are being funded from an outside source, please indicate the name, billing address, and purchase order number of that entity on your reservation form. Payment should be received prior to attending the performance therefore; purchase orders and approvals should be processed as soon as possible.
